Every Journey begins with a single step.
Many people talk about building their business from the ground up, but me and my husband did it literally. My husband has been a welder ever since I have known him and I've worked in commercial kitchens most of my life. Along with our home improvement skills and a good old fashion can-do attitude, we went to work.
First came the Steel.

And then...the sink, a floor, some walls, insulation, siding, a ceiling, roof, windows, water, kitchen equipment and some finishing touches.
